Albert Pujols is one of baseball’s most accomplished power hitters, known especially for his years with the St. Louis Cardinals. His 22-season MLB career included three MVP Awards, two World Series championships, and more than 700 home runs.

Albert Pujols debuted with the St. Louis Cardinals in 2001 and quickly became one of Major League Baseball’s most productive hitters. A right-handed first baseman, he won the National League Rookie of the Year Award in his debut season and later earned three National League MVP Awards. Pujols helped St. Louis win World Series titles in 2006 and 2011, establishing himself as a central figure in the franchise’s modern history. He joined the Los Angeles Angels in 2012, later played for the Los Angeles Dodgers, and returned to the Cardinals for his final season in 2022. He finished his career with 703 home runs, 3,384 hits, and 11 All-Star selections.
